 Financial Consequences:#3 The failure of the Provider to make a tipster's reward available to them within 10 business days using one the selected methods, either Method #1 or Method #2, but not both, as noted in the deliverable, will result in a reduction of 100% of the reward amount as a financial consequence. Once removed as a Financial Consequence, a reward will no longer be eligible for reimbursement.

Expenses have been estimated from local vendors. Expenses for a laptop computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM, DVD-CD burner, Bluetooth, wi-fi, and Windows 7 OS has an approximate, total cost of $1500 X 1= $1500. A wireless keyboard and mouse ($60.00) as well as a monitor serial cable ($20.00) to connect the secretary's existing monitor to the laptop will also, be purchased at an estimated cost of $60.00 + $20.00= $80.00. This will allow the secretary to utilize the laptop as both a desktop PC and mobile device. Additional software will include annual subscriptions for Office 365 and MacAfee Virus Protection at an approximate cost of $200 X 1= $200.00. A new multifunction, color printer with printing, copying, scanning and faxing capabilities is also needed at an approximate cost of $400 X 1= $400.00. The organization will also need to purchase printer cartridges through the end of the current grant year at an approximate cost of $65.00 per toner cartridge X 4= $260.00.
