The Bureau of Criminal Justice Programs provides statewide public education and training programs for law enforcement personnel, school resource officers, victim advocates and others interested in crime prevention initiatives, victim advocacy and related criminal justice programs. In addition, the bureau administers grants for Crime Stoppers, the Urban League and General Revenue grant programs; hosts the annual National Conference on Preventing Crime, the Florida Council on the Social Status of Black Men and Boys, the Florida Human Trafficking Summit, the Law Enforcement and Victim’s Rights Award Ceremonies; and administers the Address Confidentiality Program.
