Registration: Outreach and Recruitment - Provider and subcontractors shall agree to facilitate outreach and recruitment strategies that result in the targeted number of enrollees agreed upon per site. Costs shall include all staff preparation and delivery, travel, collateral material, compilation of reports and distribution of material. A 20% over-enrollment is calculated to meet the recruited target of 100 clients; 100 x 20% = 120 clients each, for a minimum of 800 and a maximum of 960 clients total to be compensated. 35% of the program cost is allocated for Registration of which 25% ($19,031.25) is for outreach and recruitment; $217,500 x 35% = $76,125.00 x 25% = $19,031.25 / 120 = $158.59 per youth. Note: if an affiliate recruits over the allowed 20% they will cover the additional costs.
