Florida Attorney General, Pam Bondi – The Economic Crimes Division of the Attorney General’s office is currently investigating the business practices of telecommunication companies and third-party sellers who cause unauthorized charges to be placed on customer telephone bills. This illegal practice is commonly referred to as “cramming.”
Attached is an instruction sheet and affidavit form for submitting a cramming complaint. Please complete the affidavit at your earliest convenience, attached copies of all related phone bills, communications with the companies, notes and any other relevant documents, and mail them to the following address:
