Cabinet Affairs
Attorney General Ashley Moody is a member of the Florida Cabinet along with Commissioner Nicole “Nikki” Fried and Chief Financial Officer Jimmy Patronis. The Governor and Cabinet meet regularly and sit on numerous boards and commissions addressing state issues. Each Cabinet member heads a department of state government, and Attorney General Moody is head of the Department of Legal Affairs. Collectively, the Governor and Cabinet serve as the agency head for several state agencies including:

- Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles
- Department of Law Enforcement
