Dresses and accessories to be liquidated to pay creditorsPlease be aware, the Chapter 7 Trustee has advised “to the extent any order has not been fully delivered to a customer, it shall have to remain unfilled.”
Consumers whose dresses and accessories were not delivered to retailers will not be receiving their goods. The dresses and accessories will be liquidated to pay creditors.
