National Organization for Victim Assistance
Organization provides national advocacy, direct services to victims, assistance to professional colleagues, as well as membership services. Direct services include information and referral and a community crisis response team.
New Port Richey Police Department
The New Port Richey Police Department Victim Advocate Program offers immediate assistance to victims of crime by providing crisis intervention at the scene of the crime. Victims are also offered follow up assistance throughout the criminal justice process. Referrals for additional services are provided based on the needs of the crime victim. Applications for Crime Victims Compensation are provided by this agency. A victim advocate will assist the victim in completing this form and mailing it to Tallahassee.
Office of the Attorney General
The Office of the Attorney General, through the Division of Victim Services and Criminal Justice Programs, administers the Crimes Compensation Trust Fund. The division is comprised of the Bureau of Victim Compensation, the Bureau of Criminal Justice Programs, and the Bureau of Advocacy and Grants Management. Working in concert, the division seeks to meet the needs of crime victims by providing financial assistance through the victims compensation program; specialized direct services programs throughout the state. Additionally, the division is responsible for the allocation of the VOCA assistance grants to public and not for profit agencies and is responsible for the Address Confidentiality Program.
Office of the Attorney General
The Child Predator Cyber Crime Unit Victim Advocate Division works directly with victims of child pornography, online solicitation, and other computer-based child victimizations. The specially trained victim advocates are housed throughout the State of Florida and we are available to provide assistance with victim compensation, criminal justice support, crisis counseling, and information and referral. Their services also include personal advocacy and follow-up contact. The cyber victim advocates work with the children, and the families of these children, from the initial disclosure to the conclusion of the criminal justice proceedings. The advocates work to assure the rights granted to all crime victims pursuant to F.s. 960 are upheld. The cyber victim advocates work directly with all victims t assure that each one is directed to the appropriate services to help the victim move through the healing process of the victimization and recovery.
Office of the Governor
Provides information and referral to all crime victims. Provides services to victims during post conviction proceedings, including clemency and executions.
Office of the State Attorney Sixth Judicial Circuit
Provide criminal justice support and advocacy to all victims of crime. Advise victims of the status of their case and answer any inquiries regarding their cases. Also has a telephone number for the hearing impaired, (727)464-7328.
Pasco County Community Services
Provides evidence collection for victims who report sexual battery to a law enforcement agency within 72 hours. They also provide testing for sexually transmitted disease and pregnancy.
Pasco County Sheriff's Office
Provide on call crisis intervention as well as assistance in the criminal justice process.
Pasco Kids First
Designed to confirm or rule out that physical or sexual abuse, neglect or emotional abuse has occurred. Provides victim advocacy services to assist families who have been touched by abuse or neglect. Provides therapy services to child victims of abuse and non-offending caretakers.
Pinellas County Sheriff's Office
Short term crisis response and support to victims, to include any type of crime against a person. We have an advocate on call 24 hrs. a day, 365 days a year. We offer crisis response to crime scenes, court support, Crime Victim Compensation application assistance, Injunction assistance, criminal justice information, transportation, etc.
Pinellas Park Police Department
Provide counseling, guidance, and assistance in court procedures.
St. Petersburg Free Clinic
Provide shelter and transitional housing for single women over the age of 18. Must be able to work and be drug free.
St. Petersburg Police Department
Crisis intervention counseling for victims of sexual assault, homicide and suicide survivors, information referral, crimes comp. assistance and court support. Assistance with filing ex-parte injunctions for victims of domestic violence.
Sunrise of Pasco County, Inc.
Provide shelter, counseling, support groups, legal advocacy, and education to victims of domestic violence or sexual battery. "State Certified"
The Family Source of Florida Parent Hotline
Provide a toll-free 24 hour counseling service, 1-800-FLA-LOVE, for parents feeling overwhelmed or stressed with the responsibilities of parenting. Program also provides support to adult survivors of incest/child abuse.
The Harbor Behavioral Health Care Institute
Provides mental health and substance abuse treatment to all victims. Specialized services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.
The Haven of RCS
The Haven of RCS provides safety, support and education to anyone impacted by domestic violence and advocates for social change to end the violence. "State Certified"
The Hospice of the Florida Suncoast Center for Loss and Healing
Counseling and support services are offered to adults and children who are survivors of homicide victims. The program focus supports the family unit, while providing individual, family and group therapeutic interventions.
The Salvation Army Domestic Violence Program West Pasco

Assists victims of crimes committed on federal property or who are victims of federal crimes such as kidnapping or robbery.
University of South Florida
We provide free and confidential services to USF students, faculty and staff, both men and women, who have experienced crime, violence or abuse, for incidents occurring on or off campus, recently or in the past.
