Certified by the Florida Department of Health Children's Medical Services as a Sexual Abuse Treatment Program (SATP). SAFE Kids Program specializes in the treatment of victims of sexual abuse and domestic violence. Ages from 3 to adult are treated in individual or family counseling. The goal is to stop the cycle of abuse within the family.

This is a toll-free system that provides information and referral for all individuals with disabilities, family members, professionals assisting individuals with disabilities and the public. Information and referral is available for all disability related services, programs, assistance and resources, as well as generic services that individuals with disabilities and their families may need. This system is intended to ease the complexity often associated with learning about the required processes to access the assistance and services needed by those with disabilities and their families.

Provides a full range of services for all victims with disabilities, adults and children. Also provides Accessibility Studies and Disability Sensitivity Training for agencies and organizations.

Serving students, faculty, staff and campus visitors who become victims of crime. No police report is required to receive service. Assistance with on-campus concerns: housing, classes, disciplinary hearings and safety issues.

Our office notifies victims, concerned citizens, and criminal justice officials of the release of an offender; provides free 24-hour automated VINE Service ("Victim Information and Notification Everyday") to notify registered users of offender status changes; Assists in recovery of restitution; Provides crisis intervention; Accompanies victims and/or victims' next-of-kin to parole hearings and executions; Administers victim-related inmate rehabilitation; Provides information and referral services. Also intercedes on behalf of only the legal victim(s) in cases of unwanted letters, phone calls or any other offender contact to the victim.

The FDLE, MEPIC was created in 1983 to collect, store and disseminate information concerning missing children in the state of Florida. The MEPIC contributes valuable assistance to law enforcement by providing analytical and investigative support in the processing of leads associated with missing persons cases.

Home Safe
Specialized Therapeutic Group Care services provide a therapeutic community-based group home for adolescents ages 13-17 with serious emotional disturbance(s) and behavioral issues. Services are appropriate for youth who are ready to step down from a Residential Treatment Program or those who require more intensive treatment to avoid placement in a more restrictive setting.

The Emergency Shelter provides emergency short term care to children ages 0 to 12 who have been removed from home as a result of an abuse or neglect allegation.
