TALLAHASSEE FL -- Attorney General Bill McCollum today issued the following statement on the Fourth of July:
"As Americans, we are blessed with an incredible right to freedom, and that freedom should be treasured and celebrated. On this Fourth of July, remember not only how important that freedom is to you and your loved ones, but also the men and women who have fought to protect it for past, present and future Americans. We must never take our right to freedom for granted, and we should always be thankful our great nation has never considered another way of life."
