Palm Beach County Man Arrested for Possession of Child Pornography
TALLAHASSEE, FL – Attorney General Bill McCollum today announced a Palm Beach County man is in custody and will be charged with possession of child pornography. Frank Lawrence, 38, was arrested by law enforcement with the Attorney General’s CyberCrime Unit after investigators discovered Lawrence had multiple images of child pornography in his possession. The Palm Beach Police Department assisted in the arrest.
CyberCrime investigators located images of child pornography during a routine investigation and traced the images back to Lawrence’s computer. A search warrant was executed at his Lake Worth home where one computer was seized. Forensic analysis of his computer revealed numerous images of child pornography, including images of children between nine and eleven years old.
Lawrence will be booked into the Palm Beach County Jail and will be charged with five counts of possession of child pornography, a third-degree felony.
