Florida Attorney General Bondi and Other States File Answer Briefs with the U.S. Supreme Court in Health Care Act Challenge

TALLAHASSEE, Fla.–Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi and the 25 other states challenging the federal health care act today filed answer briefs on the individual mandate and Anti-Injunction Act issues with the United States Supreme Court.

“The individual mandate is unprecedented and unbounded, and it is clearly at odds with our Founders’ vision of a limited federal government,” stated Attorney General Pam Bondi. “Additionally, the Anti-Injunction Act is not an impediment to the Court’s consideration of this case.”
