TALLAHASSEE, Fla.— Attorney General Pam Bondi and the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office today announced the arrests of five individuals involved in the sale of synthetic drugs and liquid cannabis. After receiving complaints that a chain of smoke shops known as Pipe Dreams was selling synthetic narcotics, agents conducted a series of undercover operations and controlled purchases.
According to the investigation, James and Amie Knapton, owners of Pipe Dreams were the primary dealers, allegedly openly selling liquid cannabis and drug paraphernalia.
