Foreclosure Rescue Fraud
The following is a CBS Evening News video about Outreach Housing, a foreclosure rescue company that the Florida Attorney General has accused of victimizing numerous Florida homeowners by misrepresenting the services which Outreach had been paid to provide. Outreach Housing was engaged in a "systematic pattern" of "fraudulent," "unfair" and "deceptive" practices, leaving behind at least 600 victims according to Attorney General Bill McCollum.
