Turned himself in to Largo Police. Torma apparently alerted the media in advance as there were several news stations there when he turned himself in.

Wanted for:

He portrays himself as an employee of Wal-Mart, strikes up a conversation with the victim, often times in a restaurant/bar, and offers to obtain a television for the person at a deep discount. He says it has to be a cash transaction. The victim gives him cash, usually three or four hundred dollars per television desired, and takes him back to a nearby Wal-Mart. He tells the person to wait out front and then he slips out the back of the store. Believed to have committed this scam primarily in Central Florida.
